I have never had any problem with the customer service of any of the petco s that i go to but their treatment of fish in the aquariums are way worse than poor every single petco that i ve been to has always had ich they ve also had internal parasites and the tanks are ridden with dead fish dying fish and just look terrible the worst thing about it all are how the bettas are kept in small.
